District 7690's Four Way Test Speech Contest

The Rotary Four-Way Test Speech Contest challenges students to apply Rotary’s timeless ethical guide — the Four-Way Test — to real-world issues. Through a 5- to 7-minute original speech, participants explore how truth, fairness, goodwill, and mutual benefit can shape personal decisions and strengthen communities. The contest promotes critical thinking, public speaking, and moral reasoning while encouraging young people to reflect on how ethical leadership can make a difference in everyday life.

Rotary Youth Peace Action

Peace is more than the absence of violence - it's creating and sustaining societies that allow all people to flourish. When we create communities where neighbors can thrive socially, emotionally, and economically, we call this Positive Peace.

Positive Peace is the active effort to create equitable and resilient societies where all people can reach their potential. When Rotary members put "Service above Self" by volunteering their time and skills, they are investing in their communities and creating a more peaceful society.

Rotary Youth Protection Policy

Create safe, respectful spaces where every young person can learn, grow, and lead.

Rotary’s Youth Protection Policy ensures that all participants in Rotary programs are protected from physical, sexual, and emotional harm. Through clear guidelines, training, and accountability, Rotary and its clubs maintain the highest standards of safety and care — so youth can experience leadership, service, and cultural exchange in a secure and supportive environment.
